Student Chapters

The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) – Baghdad Section Sponsors 8 SPE Student Chapters located in Iraq and Yemen and established at the departments of Petroleum Engineering and Petroleum Geology, 5 Chapters in the Middle region of Iraq, and 3 in the Republic of Yemen. For that, SPE Baghdad Section is considered the largest SPE Section in Iraq and one of the Largest SPE Sections in the MENA Region in terms of the number of supported Student Chapters.
